Delivery time of the product
Within Japan: Usually delivered within 3 to 9 days after ordering. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.)
For countries and regions other than Japan, delivery will take approximately 2 weeks after ordering.

Cancelling an order, returning or exchanging an order
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been completed under any circumstances, except in cases where the product you receive is different from the one ordered or the product has an initial defect or malfunction.
In the case of a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us via our contact form or shop@reelswear.com within 7 days of receiving the item. In this case, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs. After checking the condition of the returned item, we will exchange the item if it is in stock, or refund the money if it is not. Please note that even if the product is defective, we may refuse to exchange it if it cannot be determined to be "unused" according to our standards.
Handling refusals to receive products and long-term absences
Please be sure to receive any products that we send to you. If you do not receive your package within the storage period, it will be automatically returned and cancelled. Please note that we do not reship the package after it has been returned or cancelled. Please note that in the event of a return or cancellation, we may charge you a refund fee and/or round-trip shipping costs.
